Although they may be the best method of extracting text from images they are not 100% accurate, in some cases you might have to correct the extracted text from the image to match one another.

Using Microsoft Office OneNote
Yes you can use built in feature of Microsoft Office OneNote. 
  • Open up OneNote.
  • Upload / Browse the image in which you want to extract the text from.
  • Now simply right-click the image and choose the option to "Copy Text From Image"
  • Open any text editor and pate the copied text their and save.
