After ripping Movies and DVDs from your computer or a source like the Internet (Online Pirates) you come across the problem where as the audio of the video delays, Its ruins the whole experience of the movie to the point you turn it off. This audio delay-ness can be very irritating. Anyone can easily fix the audio problem with vlc.
Using ~ VLC
VLC is the media player that fulfills all your needs. It handles DVDs, (S)VCDs, Audio CDs, web streams, TV cards and much more. Vlc is what we are going to be using to fix Audio De-synchronized. Download.
Fixing The Audio
- To fix the audio simply Download and install VLC Player.
- Once Installed open a movie with the irritating audio.
- Then click Tools >> Preferences.
- Click HotKeys on the left hand side.
- Then in the Search Filter box search Audio.
- You should see the HotKeys to fix the audio. see below image
- Use Audio Delay Up and Audio Delay Down HotKeys to fix the audio.
- In my case if I click or hold down the key k while playing the video the audio delay goes up.
- If I click or hold down the key J while playing the video the audio delay goes down.
- These setting may vary in different countries and OS(Operating Systems).
